These terms govern your use of bedhaven.shop and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you accept them.
Who we are. BedHaven, 411 Walnut St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, United States. Reach us at support@bedhaven.shop or 863-532-9316, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm ET.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We ship to the United States only.
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe, and financing through Affirm and Klarna. Financing agreements are between you and the provider; their terms, interest, and eligibility rules govern, not ours.
Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is illustrative; screens vary and colors may differ. The performance figures on this site — a 61°F to 109°F air delivery range and roughly 35 dB at the lowest fan speed — are measured under our test conditions and are not guarantees for every bedroom.
Not a medical device. BedHaven products regulate the temperature of the air around you. They are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a health claim. Talk to a physician about any sleep or health concern.
Warranty. The Active Climate Fan and Smart Wireless Remote carry a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the delivery date. The Cloud Air Sheet carries a one-year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, disassembly, or use outside the instructions.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your conduct. Do not scrape the site, resell our content, or use our trademarks without written permission. All site content is our property or licensed to us.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clay County, Florida.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you order is the version that applies to that order.
