Where we ship. BedHaven ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes — the Active Climate Fan requires a street address and a signature-optional carrier delivery.

What it costs. Orders of $99 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a flat $8.95. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are quoted at checkout based on weight and destination; free shipping does not apply to these destinations.

Handling time. We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12pm ET on a Friday are processed the following Monday.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, most contiguous US orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico typically take 7–14 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and the week after a major holiday all add time.

Carriers. We ship via UPS and USPS and choose the carrier based on the destination and package size. The Active Climate Fan ships as a single parcel; a Complete Climate Bundle may arrive in two parcels on different days.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not updated after three business days, email support@bedhaven.shop and we will chase the carrier.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address before you complete checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will refund the product price but not the outbound shipping cost, and you are welcome to place a new order.

Lost parcels. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not there, check with neighbors and your building office first — most turn up within 48 hours. If it does not, contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we will open a carrier claim and send a replacement.

Damaged in transit. Photograph the box and the contents before you discard anything, and email us within seven days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Taxes and duties. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. There are no customs duties, since we ship domestically only.

Order changes and cancellations. Email or call us within two hours of ordering and we will do our best to catch it before it ships. Once a parcel is dispatched, use the return process in our Refund Policy instead.
