BedHaven (“we,” “us”) operates bedhaven.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect. When you place an order, you give us your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number. Our payment processors — Stripe, and the buy-now-pay-later providers Affirm and Klarna — handle your card and financing details directly. We never see or store your full card number. When you email or call support, we keep a record of that conversation so we can help you. When you browse the site, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember you between visits, and understand which pages people actually read. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart will stop working if you do.
Why we use it. To fulfill and ship your order, process payment, prevent fraud, answer support requests, honor warranty and return claims, and — if you opt in — send you email about products and offers. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with. Only the parties who help us run the business: our payment processors, shipping carriers, our ecommerce platform and hosting provider, our email service, and analytics providers. Each receives only what it needs. We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it. Order and tax records are kept for seven years, as US tax law requires. Support conversations are kept for three years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy statutes have specific rights under those laws, and residents of Florida have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Email support@bedhaven.shop and we will respond within 30 days. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
Security. The site runs over TLS. Payment data is tokenized by our processors. No system is perfect, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards.
Children. BedHaven is not sold to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. If we revise this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to customers.
