We want you to sleep on it. Every BedHaven purchase comes with a 100-night trial.
The 100-night trial. Your trial starts the day your order is delivered. If BedHaven is not right for you, contact us any time within those 100 nights and we will refund the full purchase price of the product. You do not need a reason.
How to start a return. Email support@bedhaven.shop or call 863-532-9316 with your order number. We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label within two business days. Do not ship anything back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
Return shipping. We cover return shipping for trial returns within the contiguous United States. Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are the customer’s responsibility.
Condition. Return the Active Climate Fan and Smart Wireless Remote in working condition, with the power cord and hose. Normal use is expected and fine; we are not going to inspect for creases. The Cloud Air Sheet can be returned used — please wash it first. If a product arrives back damaged beyond normal use, or with parts missing, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, and we will tell you before we do.
Original packaging. Helpful but not required. Keep the box if you can; if you cannot, any sturdy carton works.
Refund timing. Once your return reaches our warehouse we inspect it within three business days and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts it within 5–10 business days after that. Refunds are issued for the product price and any sales tax you paid. Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are refunded on full-order returns and not on partial returns.
Buy now, pay later. If you paid with Affirm or Klarna, we refund the provider and they adjust your payment plan. Interest or fees already charged by the provider are governed by your agreement with them, not by us, and we cannot refund those.
Bundles. The Complete Climate Bundle is refunded as a unit. If you return part of a bundle and keep the rest, we recalculate the remaining items at their individual list prices and refund the difference.
Damaged or defective on arrival. Photograph the damage and email us within seven days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost, or refund it, whichever you prefer. This is separate from the trial and separate from the warranty.
Warranty claims. After the 100-night trial, defects are handled under the limited warranty described in our Terms of Service. Email support@bedhaven.shop with your order number and a description of the fault.
Exchanges. We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
